On April 28, 2025, the land signing ceremony for Hangzhou Zhengqiang Corporation Limited Thailand Smart Factory was successfully held at the WHA Headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand.

The signed land covers an area of 19.188 rai (approximately 30.7 Chinese Mu), boasting an excellent geographical location and well-developed infrastructure. As one of the core parks under WHA Group, Thailand’s leading industrial real estate developer, WHA IER Industrial Park is renowned for its high-standard infrastructure, convenient transportation network (close to major ports and highways), and comprehensive one-stop services. This provides a solid foundation for the smooth construction and future operation of the company’s Thailand factory.
The signing ceremony was solemn yet lively. Mr. Xu Zhengqing, Chairman and General Manager of the company, signed the agreement with representatives of WHA Group. Representatives from both parties shook hands warmly and took group photos after the signing.

The factory will focus on the R&D, production, and manufacturing of the company’s core products—including cross-type universal joint assemblies, yokes, and precision forgings. It will actively introduce automated production lines, IoT technology, and advanced production management systems, striving to become an intelligent manufacturing benchmark known for leading efficiency and exceptional quality.
Besides, the Zhengqiang Thailand Smart Factory project will enter an intensive planning and construction phase. The establishment of the Thailand factory is a vital strategic move by Zhengqiang to respond to China’s “Belt and Road” Initiative, optimize its global supply chain layout, and get closer to international customers. It will provide strong support for Zhengqiang Transmission to deepen its presence in the ASEAN market and participate in global competition. Simultaneously, it will create local employment opportunities, promote economic development, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
